A number of stores that purchase from Orgill also did/do purchase from another major hardware vendor. Occasionally part number ranges between competing suppliers will intersect. To solve this issue Orgill allowed modification of their part numbers with a dash and built a special system to catch and remove these dashes during the order processing event.
Orgill’s new Store Front order system does not have the capability to catch and strip out these extra characters. This build of Paladin POS will automatically strip out the extra characters anytime an order is uploaded to the Orgill Store Front.
