The Paladin Point of Sale feature that automatically creates a replacement purchase order (PO) in response to a processed credit PO will not apply to a store transfer (credit) PO.
The replacement PO feature is an optional component of our new supplier return management system. This system will track items that you return to a supplier for replacement or reimbursement, such as defective items as supplier accounts receivable values. You must be set up this system in Paladin Configuration and the Customers module. To learn more, see the announcement:
