Safeguards exist to prevent scanning a barcode value into an incorrect field, such as the Quantity or Price fields in the Invoice/Quote module. However, an incorrect scan can create a part number with blank spaces. Previously, this blank part number caused a Part Number Not Found message to appear. This issue no longer occurs.
