1. Open Paladin Point of Sale.
  2. On the top ribbon, click the Invoice/Quote module.
  3. On the bottom ribbon, click Recall Transaction or press F5.
  4. In the Recall Transaction pane, select the Delivery option.
  5. Double-click a delivery line item.In the Delivery Details pane, the Delivery Status line item will appear as Delivered, Open, or Canceled.
  6. Scroll to Delivery Notes and Delivery Photos If you added a note or a photo, you will see it.
  7. Close the Delivery Details pane.
