The store credit balance message appears by default. If you don’t want this message to appear, follow these steps:

  1. Open Paladin Point of Sale.
  2. On the File menu, click Setup.
  3. Click the Receivables tab.
  4. In the Receivable Settings pane, select the Disable Credit Balance Checkout Message check box.
  5. Click Save and then click Close.
