Issue: When you open a PDF statement,  the store logo does not appear and this happens:

  • In Adobe Acrobat, this message appears: “Insufficient data for an image”
  • In Foxit Reader, a black box appears in place of the store logo. 

Solution:

  1. Remove and reupload the logo. See this KBA for steps: How to add, update, or remove a store logo for receipts, statements, or other documents
  2. Reverse and re-run statements.
