Note: An account can be restored only by a manager.
- Open Paladin Point of Sale.
- On the top ribbon, click the Customers module.
- On the bottom ribbon, click the Advanced Lookup module.
- In the Keyword Search box, enter the customer’s name, and then click Find.
- Double-click on a customer.
- On the bottom ribbon, click Save.
- In the Restore Customer window, click Restore.
- In the Customers tab, click the Credit tab.
- Change the Credit Limit back to the preferred amount.
- Click Save.
