Note: An account can be restored only by a manager.

  1. Open Paladin Point of Sale.
  2. On the top ribbon, click the Customers module.
  3. On the bottom ribbon, click the Advanced Lookup module.
  4. In the Keyword Search box, enter the customer’s name, and then click Find.
  5. Click the Credit tab.
  6. In the Credit pane, in the Credit Limit box, change the credit limit to a different amount.
  7. On the bottom ribbon, click Save.
  8. In the Restore Customer pane, click Restore.
  9. In the Customers tab, click the Credit tab.
  10. Change the Credit Limit back to the preferred amount.
  11. Click Save.
