You can require that cashiers get manager approval when a product is returned.A note that indicates which manager approved the return will be added to the invoice.

  1. Open Paladin Point of Sale.
  2. On the File menu, click Setup.
  3. Click the Company tab.
  4. Enter your administrator password.
  5. Scroll to the Manager Approval Required section, and then select Returns Require Manager Approval.

Note: To allow returns below a certain dollar amount without manager approval, enter an amount in the Require Manager Approval for Returns Over box.

  1. Click Close, and then click Yes.
