Before the rewards can start accumulating for the customer, you must assign a number for the Rich Rewards to the customer account.  Refer to How to assign the Rich Rewards number to the customer account

  1. Open Paladin Point of Sale.
  2. On the File menu, click Setup.
  3. In the Paladin Configuration window, click the Rewards tab.
  4. In the Rewards pane, select Rich Rewards.
  5. Optional: In the Rich Rewards pane, in the Exclude Classes from Rich Rewards pane, in the smallest text box, enter the class ID that you would like to exclude from calculating rewards, and then click Add Class.
    • To locate the class ID, click the Class tab, and then look for the ID in the Classes pane.
  6. Optional: In the Rich Rewards pane, in the Exclude Departments from Rich Rewards pane, in the smallest text box, enter the department ID that you would like to exclude from calculating rewards, and then click Add Department.
    • To locate the department ID, click the Dept tab, and then look for the ID in the Departments pane.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click Close.
