- Open Paladin Point of Sale.
- On the top ribbon, click the Customers module.
- Click the Customers tab.
- In the Customer list, select the customer.
- In the City box, edit the city, state or province, and country or postal code.Leave the State and Zip boxes blank.
- Click Save.
