- Open Paladin Point of Sale.
- On the top ribbon, click the Invoice/Quote module.
- On the bottom ribbon, click Recall Transaction or press F5.
- In the Recall Transaction pane, select Delivery.
- Double click the trash can.
- In the Cancel Delivery pane, in the Reason list, select Cancel Oder or Local Pickup.
- Optional: In the Notes box, enter information about this cancellation.
- Click OK.In the Status column, a red X will indicate that the delivery was cancelled.
- Click Refresh or press F5.
