1. Open Paladin Point of Sale.
  2. On the top ribbon, click the Invoice/Quote module.
  3. On the bottom ribbon, click Recall Transaction or press F5.
  4. In the Recall Transaction pane, select Delivery.
  5. Double click the trash can.
  6. In the Cancel Delivery pane, in the Reason list, select Cancel Oder or Local Pickup.
  7. Optional: In the Notes box, enter information about this cancellation.
  8. Click OK.In the Status column, a red X will indicate that the delivery was cancelled.
  9. Click Refresh or press F5.
