- Open Paladin POS.
- On the File menu, click Setup.
- On the top ribbon, click the Customers tab.
- In the Customer list, select a customer.
- In the Tax Information section, view the current tax definitions for state, county, and city
- On the bottom ribbon, click Tax or press F8.
- In the Tax Window, verify the tax information for State, County, and City.
- Click F2 Finish or press F12, and then click Save.
