1. Open Paladin POS.
  2. On the File menu, click Setup.
  3. On the top ribbon, click the Customers tab.
  4. In the Customer list, select a customer.
  5. In the Tax Information section, view the current tax definitions for state, county, and city
  6. On the bottom ribbon, click Tax or press F8.
  7. In the Tax Window, verify the tax information for State, County, and City.
  8. Click F2 Finish or press F12, and then click Save.
