- Open Paladin Point of Sale.
- On the top ribbon, click the Customers module.
- On the Customers tab, in the Delivery Information pane, make sure that the Delivery address same as mailing check box does not have a checkmark. To remove the checkmark, click it.
- Enter the delivery address information.
- Click Save.
