When you add the item to an invoice, Paladin can display the inventory item’s Description 2 text (from the Inventory module) in the Description box.
This lets a salesperson view the description while they are creating the invoice. Description 2 text is always printed on invoices, receipts, and other invoicing documents.
This feature is turned off by default. To turn on this feature:
- In Paladin, from the main menu, select File > Setup.
- Select the Invoice (Store) tab.
- In the Invoice pane, check Display Description 2 in Invoice/Quote.
- Click Save, and then click Close.
