To support new Ace Hardware HH coupons, a new coupon file must be imported in Paladin. If you do not import this file, Paladin will not recognize the new coupons. To prevent any issues, download and import this file as soon as possible using the following steps:

  1. In Paladin, from the main menu, select Maintain.
  2. Click Utilities.
  3. Click Ace Utilities, and then click Restore Ace Rewards Coupons.

    In Paladin, at the bottom of the window, an Importing Ace Rewards Coupons status bar shows the coupon file import progress.

    You can perform other tasks while the file is importing. When the import process is complete, the status bar will disappear.
